The Last of the Easter Parties

On Saturday, April 10, we had both of my grandparents Easter parties. We did more Easter egg hunts. The girls had lots of fun. I was sick that day, so I didn't take very many pictures, but here are the few I did get!

Easter and Fackrell Easter Party

We had a good time this Easter. Aly was old enough to understand the whole "Easter Bunny" thing. She had a hard time falling asleep the night before because she was too excited for Easter. This is all the stuff the Easter Bunny brought us!Brianna got a new doll! And of course she was already eating the candy she found!Aly was so excited for everything! She had the biggest grin on her face!This was all the candy the Easter Bunny dropped all over the place!Everyone had a good time.The girls in their new Easter dresses. When I bought them, the weather was supposed to be warm so I got them summer dresses. I was going to have them wear something warmer, but Aly freaked! She wanted to wear her new "princess dress!"

After we got dressed, we went to my parents house for an Easter party. They did another Easter egg hunt. By this time, Brianna was a pro! If she saw and egg, she knew exactly what to do with it. Aly had so much fun too. She not only found her eggs, but she also found both of my brothers eggs too. By the time she was done, her basket was too heavy for her to carry it!

We had such a fun Easter this year. We have two more Easter parties on Saturday though so there will be more pictures to come!!

Shuler Easter Party 2010

We had an Easter egg hunt for the kids in the Shuler family. It was Aly's first Easter egg hunt this year and she loved it! All of the kids had a good time. When almost all of the eggs were found, the kids started fighting over the ones left. If one of them found one, all the kids would run over and try to get it first.

Coloring Eggs

We colored Easter eggs the day before Easter. Joe had to work so it was just Aly, Brianna, my mom, Jordan and me. Aly had a blast coloring Easter eggs this year. A few days before we colored eggs, I was showing Aly the pictures of coloring eggs from last year. She didn't have her clothes on in the pictures. So when I told her to take her clothes off so they didn't get ruined, she said, "Just like in the pictures!!" She is so observant. Brianna just ate one of the eggs instead of helping to color them.
